Hot Tracks is an independent ONLINE record store based in Michigan, USA. Our focus: Providing a variety of brand new vinyl records and collectibles from artists of today and yesterday. We sell vinyl records from bands from all over the world.

We are now offering limited vinyl releases from many sources on the web and retail, including Walmart, Amazon, Target, etc.  These limited releases will be noted in the description and will contain all original stickers, etc.

We are searching the web, and independent retail stores to offer you a one-stop shop for all your limited edition vinyl releases.

Shipping: We currently are only shipping within the United States.

Availability:  We strive to fill all orders, but with the nature of vinyl releases coming and going, it's impossible to keep all items listed in stock.  If an item is not available, a refund will be sent.

NOTE:  Any item that shows (import) in the header may have an extended delivery time of up to 2 or more weeks.  We receive imports throughout the world and availability and timeframe varies.

Vinyl: All vinyl we selll is brand new and not used.  Some import titles come unsealed from the manufacturer.  We do not know when we list something if it is sealed or un-sealed, but they are all new and never played items.

SEAM SPLITS:  At checkout you can select (Media Mail- Not Insured- Remove LP's From Sleeves) for an extra $1 per order. We will take the LP's  out of their sleeves to avoid seam split damage in transit. 

ORDERS:

For orders that have multiple items with pre-orders or partially filled orders, all items will be held until every item from the order is available to ship. We can make separate shipments, at $6.00 per shipment.  Please contact us with any questions.

OPTION 1 (Media Mail- Not Insured)

$6.00 per Single Shipment. This is for whatever number of items you have in your cart and purchase in a single transaction.

OPTION 2 (Media Mail- NOT Insured- Remove LP's From Sleeves)

$7.00 per Single Shiipment. We will take the LP's  out of their sleeves to avoid seam split damage in transit. Order is not insured for any damage, loss, etc.

OPTION 3 (Media Mail -Insured (Covers Loss, Damage)

$8.00 per Single Shipment.  This is for whatever number of items you have in your cart and purchase in a single transaction..

Guarantee: All items are guaranteed from  manufacture defects and are returnable within 30 days for exchange of same item. 

Cancelled/Returned Orders: There is a 15% restocking fee for any order cancelled or returned.

Returns: If you need to return a defective item, the customer must ship the item back to us MEDIA MAIL through the United States Postal Service (USPS) to the below address.  

Include the following information with your return:

Name, Address, City, State and ORDER NUMBER

Once we receive the defective item back, we will refund or replace the item and reimburse the shipping charge back through the original payment method.  We will only reimburse postage if the item is shipped back to us Media Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Reimbursement is only for defective items.
