Limited Edition ON WHITE VINYL of the extremely rare eight-track promo sampler, originally released in 1979 by American Columbia and distributed to radio stations before the release of "The Wall" (the very expensive original has become a coveted collector's item).

 

The different songs show different mixes and more or less marked differences from the versions released on the double album, with "intro" and "outro" clean of effects and in some cases with longer duration: "Run Like Hell" lasts about 19 seconds longer with a longer introduction and a fade without crowd noises, while "Young Lust" lacks telephone dialogue and the birdsongs and other "pastoral" sound effects are missing from the "intro" of "Goodbye Blue Sky"; in "Another Brick In The Wall Part 2" the 9-second instrumental "intro" is absent and "One Of My Turns" is clean of effects.
